TFT-H010A11AIST4N10 is an oximeter standard screen 0.96 inch (1.0 inch) TFT color LCD screen carefully designed by Xinhongtai HOTLCD R&D team, 80x160 resolution, high image quality, wide viewing angle, 65K/262K true color, built-in ST7735S controller, supports 3-wire SPI, 4-wire SPI serial interface, no need for peripheral circuits, only 10PIN plug-in FPC can be connected to the main board (optional connector), single power supply DC2.8V power supply, support horizontal screen or vertical display on the screen. This TFT module can be equipped with a touch screen, and all materials meet the RoHS standard of environmental protection requirements. It is widely used in various instruments, smart devices, analytical instruments, handheld instruments, driving recorders, etc. : 8051, PIC, AVR, ARDUINO, ARM and Raspberry Pi, etc.
Product Description TFT-H010A11AIST4N10 is a 1.0-inch full-color TFT LCD module with a resolution of 80x160 pixels and an aspect ratio of 1:2. The TFT module adopts ST7735S driver IC and supports SPI interface. The TFT module with IPS panel has the advantage of wide viewing angle (left 80 degrees/right 80 degrees/up 80 degrees/down 80 degrees), the typical contrast ratio is 800:1, and the module brightness is as high as 400 nits (typical value). The working temperature range of the module is -20℃~+70℃, and the storage temperature range is -30℃~+80℃.
