This 1.3-inch TFT LCD screen TFT-H013A2QSIST3N10 is a 1.3-inch TFT LCD square display module with 240×240 pixel resolution and normally black transmissive design. The module supports full viewing angle and is suitable for embedded devices with strict space requirements.

This module is equipped with ST7789H2 driver IC, adopts four-wire SPI interface, supports operating temperature range of -20℃ to 70℃ and storage temperature range of -30℃ to 80℃. Typical brightness of 350cd/m² and contrast make it a good partner for many industrial products. Moderate response time meets the needs of clear dynamic display.

This 1.3-inch TFT LCD screen provides detailed initialization code and supports sleep mode to reduce power consumption. In terms of reliability, it has passed many rigorous tests: high temperature operation (60℃/120h), wet and hot operation (60℃/90%RH/120h), thermal shock (-30℃↔80℃/100 cycles) and ESD protection (contact ±4kV/air ±8kV). When using, be careful to avoid mechanical shock, electrostatic interference and long-term display of static images (it is recommended that the fixed image does not exceed 2 minutes) to prevent residual images. This module is suitable for scenes such as industrial control and portable devices.

This display is a version with FPC soft cable and does not contain a driver board. Developers can develop their own adaptive platforms according to the actual requirements of the product. This display supports common platforms such as Arduino and Raspberry Pi.
