1.Different design objectives:

Ordinary display screens are mainly used in relatively stable civil or consumer electronics environment, while industrial display screens are designed to meet the harsh requirements of industrial environment.

Screen sizes are selected based on workstation requirements: Small control cabinets in welding workshops are compatible with 7-10.1-inch displays, while assembly workshop monitoring stations require 21.5-32-inch screens. For resolution, small screens can meet demands with 1024×600 (WSVGA), whereas large monitoring screens must achieve 1920×1080 (FHD). Brightness should be ≥400nits (to accommodate standard workshop lighting conditions), and contrast ratio must reach ≥1200:1.
