TFT-H014A3DQIST4N10 is a 1.4-inch square TFT LCD display module with a resolution of 240×240, a built-in ST7789 controller, an optional touch screen, high picture quality, IPS wide viewing angle, support for 8080 8-bit, 9-bit, 16-bit, 18-bit parallel interface and 3-wire, 4-wire serial interface, 65K/262K true color, FPC connection (optional connector), 2.8V voltage, and support for vertical display.
This product is presented to users in a 1.4 square appearance, with a delicate body, but the content that can be displayed is not monotonous at all. The application range can be smart wearables, electronic equipment, instrumentation and other products. Suitable for 8051 PIC, AVR, ARDUINO, ARM, Raspberry Pi and other single-chip microcomputer development platforms. All materials meet environmental protection requirements and RoHS standards.
This is a display version with FPC flexible cable. The ST7789 controller has strong compatibility. Developers can develop driver boards according to the functions of specific products.
