Remember the “3-second golden rule”: First supply power to the digital system (VCI=3.3V) and have the CPU send initialization pixel data, then wait at least 3 seconds before enabling the backlight chip output.

Check if backlight voltage is sufficiently high: Since the typical operating voltage (VF) of this screen’s backlight network is 18V, ordinary 5V or 12V constant voltage connections will absolutely not light it up. Please verify whether your main control board includes a boost circuit (such as the ANX6903 recommended in the datasheet or similar Boost architecture backlight driver module) and confirm that the output voltage reaches the 16.5V – 19.5V range.
