The TFT-H020A4QVIST6N40 is a professional 2 inch display TFT-LCD module launched by HOTHMI. Adopting a vertical screen design, this module features a high-definition resolution of 240*320Pixels, delivering a pixel density (PPI) of 199. The picture quality of this 2.0 inch IPS TFT LCD display is far superior to ordinary screens of the same size, with almost no visible graininess even when viewed at an extremely close distance.
The biggest technical highlight of this module lies in its adoption of IPS full-view liquid crystal panel technology. This 2 inch lcd achieves a “FULL O’clock” viewing angle, with typical values of 80 degrees for left/right/top/bottom respectively, and a high contrast ratio of 800:1. A:This is an in-depth question related to reliability. Although the overall operating temperature of the module is wide, the luminous efficiency and service life of the LED backlight will be affected by temperature. This 2 inch display uses white LEDs, with a typical driving current of 80mA (total voltage 3.2V) for a single LED.
At a low temperature of -30℃, the light efficiency of the LED may decrease temporarily, and there may be a slight redness or dimming phenomenon when starting, but this is a physical characteristic and usually recovers as the temperature rises. At a high temperature of 85℃, attention should be paid to heat dissipation. Although this 2 inch display is marked with high brightness, when working for a long time at the extreme temperature of 85℃, it is recommended to appropriately reduce the PWM duty cycle through software and lower the backlight current in exchange for a longer backlight life, which is the “derating use” principle in industrial design for this 2 inch display.
